But, there are just so many of them, dog sound effect products we mean, well and dogs too I suppose. There are some sites that take every single "user generated" dang dog sound clip offered to them and end up with 10,000 crappy dog sound effects that no one is ever going to hear. Not so on this site. We've gathered the best dog sounds offered to us and posted those. Just for you, our beloved user.
Anyhow, a barking dog sound effect is the easiest thing in the world to record for the opposite reason that a cat purring sfx is the most impossible thing to record. Namely because most dogs bark .. alot. All the time. And if your own dog is too tired or dogged out to bark, then heck I'm sure there's a neighbor dog right outside your window just yapping away! Just tie a rope to your digital recorder and hang it out the window right over the top of your neighbor's barking dog's head. That should get some really good barking dog sound clips. Also, dog's do whatever you say, unlike cats. You can train a dog to do just about anything and it will do so willingly with great enthusiasm! Cats, on the other hand, if they even bother to acknowledge you will probably just pass out while you are giving them the instructions.
